Until I have viewed what needs doing, I cannot usually give a firm price, but below are some examples of typical costs.
Fencing: To supply and fit a 6 feet high x 6 feet long wavey edge fence panel - £65.
Slabbing: Supply and fit basic riven slabs - £30 per square metre.
Guttering: £30 per metre to supply and fit new guttering to a house.
Woodwork: Custom gate building - £75 for a basic gate up to 40 inch wide, by 6 feet high.As custom work is so time intensive, all other work will need to be viewed before a price can be given, but I can assure you that my prices are very competitive.
Handyman work: £15 per hour, with a minimum charge or 1 hour.
Pest Control: Rabbits, pigeons - hourly charge by negotiation. Rats, mice - usually traps are put down to catch the odd one or two, - one hour charge to lay and collect the trap. If there are numerous rats, and it is safe to do so, then shooting them could be a better solution, for this the price can be negotiated.
