Cast iron gutters replaced for lightweight plastic guttering in 3 different shapes - square section, half round, or 'ogee' shaped style.
Square section is by far the most popular now, in either black or white. Grey and brown are also available. Half round gutter can be used when you'd like it to match up with some existing gutters, or ogee section for period Victorian houses.
Half round and square section are the same price, ogee section is more expensive, typically 25% more.
Prices - to replace existing guttering with either half round or square section plastic guttering, with all new fittings and downpipes - £30 per metre typically. If access is easier, then it is cheaper - bungalows are a lot cheaper, as there is so much time saving by not having to erect a scaffold tower .
Fascias and Soffits. While the guttering is being replaced is the best time to repair/cover/replace any damaged fascia or soffit boards.White or black coverings are the only type of soffits/fascias I supply. The price depends on the thickness of plastic cover you require, but it can be fitted from £10 per metre.
If you do not like plastic coatings on the boards, then we can repaint the existing wood while the gutter is off - there is no other way of painting all of the fascia board.
